Project Summary

School is considered one of the greatest means of socialization, experiences, and acquisition of new key competences for lifelong learning, for the technological age and globalization in which we live, we watch young people who renege on their training course because of the ease with which the information is placed in their hands and intersocial relationships are shaken. The acquisition of new key competences, personal and social development and experiences pass to last plan, with a significant increase in the rates of social exclusion, failure and early schoolleaving, disintegration and NEET youth.

Problem

The absence of key competences for lifelong learning and the ensuing social exclusion, where processes of failure and early school leaving predominate.

Needs?
  • Empower youth technicians in the field of work with young people to acquire new key
    competences and experiences that promote the transformation of their reality and
    dissemination of good practices, ethics, cooperation, and responsibility as Means of inclusion
    and social dynamism;
  • Stimulate and motivate the participation and involvement of young people, especially those who face situations of fewer opportunities (NEET, social exclusion, etc.);
  • Create opportunities for training and personal and social development of young people through inclusive, participatory, and voluntary practices;
  • Raise awareness of the importance of the educational pathway in personal and social development;
  • Promote in young people the spirit of belonging, sharing and solidarity through social participation.
Goals
  • Development of key competences for lifelong learning and experiences among young people;
  • Development and training of youth technicians with new methodologies, methods and tools to work with young people, especially from disadvantaged groups;
  • Social inclusion of young people, including from disadvantaged backgrounds;
